Robin Lepine

Kyoshi Lepine began his martial arts studies in 1981 and presently holds the rank of Shichidan, 7th degree black belt presented to him at our Kentokukan Tournament in 2016. He has been teaching karate-do since 1989 at Dawson College and then at McGill University.  Kyoshi Lepine has participated in numerous tournaments, clinics, and seminars both nationally and internationally throughout his martial arts career. Kyoshi Lepine represented Canada in International tournaments starting in Montreal in 1989, Amsterdam 1992 and 1996 as a competitor and then as a coach.  In 1998 in Fukuoka Japan, Kyoshi Lepine was chosen to be the head coach of the largest Canadian Kentokukan team ever sent internationally. 

Kyoshi Lepine was appointed to the first Kentokukan High Council in 2001 and has served on its board since.

Kyoshi Lepine a commencé ses études en arts martiaux en 1981 et détient actuellement le rang de Shichidan, ceinture noire 7e dan qui lui a été remise lors de notre tournoi Kentokukan en 2016. Il enseigne le karaté-do depuis 1989 au Collège Dawson, puis à l’Université McGill. Kyoshi Lepine a participé à de nombreux tournois, cliniques et séminaires tant au niveau national qu’international tout au long de sa carrière en arts martiaux. Kyoshi Lepine a représenté le Canada dans des tournois internationaux à partir de Montréal en 1989, Amsterdam en 1992 et 1996, d’abord en tant que compétiteur, puis en tant qu’entraîneur. En 1998 à Fukuoka, au Japon, Kyoshi Lepine a été choisi pour être l'entraîneur principal de la plus grande équipe canadienne Kentokukan jamais envoyée à l'international.

Kyoshi Lepine a été nommé membre du premier Haut Conseil Kentokukan en 2001 et siège à son conseil d'administration depuis.
